Michael Haynes
Mike has been active with the YMCA program as a student participant and staff member since 1966. As State Executive Director he has led the expansion and growth of programs and staff to the point that we are now the nation's largest "teen serving" YMCA. Peggy Hatter

Joe Bringardner
Joe has been with our organization since 1990. He first joined the Y Club in 1979 and was an active member for the next five years. In college he founded and led the campus YMCA at Troy State University, served as a Y Club sponsor, and volunteered at the Alabama and Florida Youth in Government programs. Joe was honored to receive the prestigious Paul M. Grist award for outstanding dedication and service to young people at the Blue Ridge Christian Values Conference in 2000. Contact him at Joe.
Julian Bond
Aaron Anderkin
A native of Mt. Vernon, Aaron spent seven years as a participant in the Y program before attending Transylvania University to obtain his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. A former Youth Governor of KYA and Secretary General of KUNA, Aaron joined the staff in 2007 and serves the region he hails from. Contact him at Aaron.
Ashley Kolaya
Ashley is an alumna of the South Carolina Youth in Government program, as well as a graduate of the University of South Carolina Honors College. She began at the Kentucky YMCA in 2006 and also works a great deal on out LTC and Go For It programs. Contact her at Ashley.
Travis Tandy
Travis is a native of Owensboro and a Y alumnus. He was the Secretary General at KUNA in 1997. He began working in the West Region of the state in 2007. Contact him at Travis.
Christina Libby
Christina started at the Kentucky YMCA in January, 2007. She works on many behind the scenes administrative aspects of the programs and is a member of the conference staff team. Christina is originally from Henderson, and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
